Gay Tourist Office opens in London

A Gay Tourist Centre has opened in London. The centre is the first of its kind and is dedicated to providing visitors with LGBT related information about the city.
Centre Director, Shaun Newport, said “we want to show that London’s exciting LGBT life is the best in the world. We will show off what our city has to offer to local, national and international visitors, as well as to Londoners old and new. The community has responded enthusiastically.”
In addition to providing information on LGBT London, the centre will provide general tourist information. Visitors will be able to book tickets for London events and activities at the centre.
