How to stretch your food pennies

This week’s tip will have all the vegan/veggie girls feeling smug, as it explains the economic and environmental reasons not to eat meat. There’s also a recipe for vegetarian chilli with cornbread to make you feel better about moooving on from cow. (sorry, couldn’t resist…)
