The morning will be a two-hour dynamic yoga practice based on astanga vinyasa yoga. Modifications will be on offer where necessary, and the class will be pitched to the ability range of the group. You will be encouraged to pay attention to your body and practise in a way that is appropriate for you. We will take a two-hour lunch break to eat together, chat and digest. Welcome to your She'ek Day Out in London
Our days out in London are specifically selected to allow everyone to get to know each other in relaxed surroundings whilst enjoying some of the less obvious sights of London. We realise it is an expensive place to visit so we have tried to keep costs as low as we can!
The day begins with coffee in a café next to the London Eye. We will then depart on a ‘Duck Bus’ tour. For those of you who aren’t familiar with the Duck Bus these amphibious vehicles were used during the D-Day landings and now provide transport both on land and along the Thames. A truly unique experience with professional comedians acting as your guide.
After an entertaining morning we will get together for a two course lunch with glass of wine.
We will spend the afternoon on London’s Southbank soaking up the atmosphere of the street artists and taking in an exhibition at London’s Tate Modern. Why not take a trip on the London Eye for spectacular views of the city skyline? (At additional cost).
The afternoon will end at 4pm and for those who that plan to join our She’ek night out you will have time to freshen up before the evenings activities commence.
