Hertfordshire: Council branded ‘rotten’ over HIV charity decision
Hertfordshire County Council has been placed in Private Eye’s “Rotten Boroughs” section of local authorities over its decision to withdraw funding to the Crescent, an HIV charity based in St Albans.
