If you see her everyday you have plenty of opportunity to take your time to get to know her on a personal level. Try to hold your nerve and test the water gradually. Find out who she lives with and where she likes to go out, what her interests are.
It may feel as though you are being obvious but it always feels worse in your head than it actually comes across. If you find you get along you could suggest swapping numbers to go walking. If it is going really well you could even suggest going for a coffee or to a bar.
Try not to focus on the fact that you find her attractive - this will only cloud your thoughts. Think of it as nurturing a new friendship and anything else is a bonus.
