Lesbilicious.co.uk is recruiting for four writers who will each have a monthly column on Lesbilicious.

We are looking for writers who can write in an engaging and entertaining manner about their own experiences.

The purpose of the columns is to give Lesbilicious readers an intimate insight into four different lives. While the columns don’t have to necessarily focus on sexuality, we do request that all writers identify as women and LGBT.

Each column should be approximately 300 words, and can be a stand-alone story or part of an ongoing series. We’re not looking for blog-style rants or streams of consciousness – we want well structured, well written and entertaining stories about real experiences. Content must be original and previously unpublished in print or online.

All columnists will be paid for their work.

How to apply

To apply, email editor@lesbilicious.co.uk with ‘column’ in the subject line and the following information:

• An introduction to you: who are you, where you live, what makes you stand out.
• An outline of three different columns you would write for Lesbilicious.
• A writing sample of the first half of one of your column ideas.
• Links to any other online writing, if applicable.

Deadline for applications: midnight Sunday 12 April 2009.
